THE OCA SUMMIT VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE

Resilient Communities is a virtual five-day summit of plenaries, workshops, and entertainment for Asian Americans, Pacific Islanders, and allies across the country. The summit will consist of advocacy training and issue-based workshops on how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted AAPI communities.

  • Community members will be able to discuss anti-Asian discrimination and hate incidents, civic engagement during a pandemic, impact on small businesses, mental health, and more.
  • Students will have the chance to explore financial literacy, career building, and college readiness this season.
  • Working professionals will be able to hear from mentors and peers on the changes in corporate spaces and building inclusivity.

Workshops are free and open to the public, though RSVP is required.

NOTICE: IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

1. Having trouble viewing tracks? Make sure you are logged into your Dryfta account. You must click the small green "check in" button on the session you would like to attend before viewing the video/panel/movie. The button is located on the right side of the screen near the workshop information and the "add to my schedule" button.

2. Having trouble with your password? You can click "forgot password." Dryfta will send an email with links to create a new password: it's important to check your spam/junk folder for the email as it may have been sent there by accident. If you are still having trouble, email us at oca@ocanational.org for more help.

3. Missed a session and you bought the On-Demand experience? The videos will be ready for your viewing no later than August 14, 2020. They will stay on Dryfta for one year and expire on August 14, 2021. The OCA staff need time to edit, upload, and make the videos ready. We appreciate your patience.

4. Missed a session, don't have the On-Demand experience, and want to know more? You can purchase the on-demand experience package or other options for the Summit here: https://ocasummit.dryfta.com/attendee-registration-tickets. To see all of the details of each option (and the perks of all options), please click "Details" listed under each option.
